No decorating or baking experience is required for this class.
Class Outcomes:
- Learn to make the Bakels macaron mix
- Learn to correctly pipe and bake mini macarons
- Learn to flavour and fill macarons
- Learn to decorate using edible lustres and chocolate polishes
Inclusions:

This includes a piping bag, a piping nozzle, your choice of flavouring/essence, a bottle of liquid colour & dropper, and a packet of macaron mix. Everything you require to re-make these delicious macarons at home!
- All tools and equipment are provided for you during this class and remain the property of Caking Mad. Supplies are available for purchase after the class.
- All recipes, templates and class notes are provided for you to take home along with your beautifully macarons.
- Water, tea and coffee are available throughout the class.
Requirements:
- Please wear enclosed shoes. An apron will be provided for you.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting time
