Little Kanawha Riverfest Queen’s Pageant
The 2025 Little Kanawha Riverfest Queen's Pageant will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2025 in the Wirt County High School Auditorium.
This will be the 5th year for our festival but the 1st year sending our Miss Queen to compete at the WVAFF pageant for the opportunity to represent West Virginia as the 2026 West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals Queen.
We are looking forward to selecting a new group of driven youth to represent our budding festival and nurture its continued growth!
Our festival takes place on Saturday, June 14 at Sportsman's Park in Elizabeth, WV! A one-day event completely free to the public featuring local vendors, children's entertainment and amusements, kayak river and obstacle races, the Queen's Kayak Race, food vendors, Anything that Floats but a Boat competition, and SO much more!
Exciting news this year! Our festival will be the home of one of the newest "Almost Heaven" swings featured across our state by the WV Dept. of Tourism and students at Nicholas County High School!

Junior Miss: $50.00
Pre-Teen Miss: $50.00
Teen Miss: $75.00
Ms/Mrs: $75.00

Eligibility:
Residents of WV who fall into one of our open age divisions.

9-10 Junior Miss Little Kanawha Riverfest
11-12 Pre-Teen Miss Little Kanawha Riverfest
13-15 Teen Miss Little Kanawha Riverfest
16-21 Miss Little Kanawha Riverfest (Must not have ever been married or pregnant, and must not reach 22 birthday before February 2026. Queen will represent LKRF at WVAFF in January of 2026)

**MISS Contestants will compete in Event Promotion! Contestants will be asked to prepare an event promotion under 30 seconds to demonstrate festival representation. **
Admission on pageant day is $5.00 per person for ages 5 and up.
Deadline for all entries is May 18, 2025
