History for Lunch: My Daily Bounded Realm: A Journal of Daily Life in the Outer Banks in 1900

Join us on Wednesday, August 20th at 12 pm, as we host History for Lunch: My Daily Bounded Realm: A Journal of Daily Life in the Outer Banks in 1900.

Robin Daniels Holt, author and local historian, chronicles the lives of women in the Outer Banks in the early 20th century. Holt merges the experiences of her own descendants with historically accurate descriptions of everyday tasks, joys, and hardships of day-to-day life put in context with the history of the time.

Registration is not required to attend the lecture in person.
