🚨RULES FOR PIT AREA
NO Motorcycles, Mini-cycles, ATV’s or electric bicycles with throttles.
NO One-Wheels, electric balance bikes, or Stacycs.
Four wheeled vehicles ONLY with a maximum width of 65" only permitted.
(See chart of approved pit vehicles below).
Operators must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 16 years of age. Proof is required at pass pickup.
ECMX reserves the right to ask for proof at any time.
Speed Limit is 5mph.
Pit vehicle use hours: 7 am - 10:30 pm daily; lights required after dusk.
All passengers must be seated in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Pit vehicles are PROHIBITED in the following areas:
Motocross track or anywhere inside the track fence.
Dixieland Speedway Property
Albemarle Karts Property
Northside Avenue
Dirt road outside front gate
Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Pit vehicle use is a privilege, not a right.
Privileges can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the sole discretion of Elizabeth City Motocross Club.
Unauthorized pit vehicles will not be tolerated and put the racer and all associated visitors at risk for DQ and dismissal from ECMX property.
Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for penalty, including but not limited to confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility.
AGGRESSIVE BIKE RIDING IN THE PIT WILL RESULT DQ.
FIRST GEAR ONLY.
PLEASE STAY OFF DIXIELAND AND GO KART PROPERTIES.
Trespassers will be asked to leave the park.
PLEASE STAY OFF THE TRACK WHEN LARGE EQUIPMENT IS BEING USED AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE TRACK AFTER DARK.
We will have staff patrolling the track and park after dark and children or adults caught breaking ECMX rules will receive DQ and be asked to leave. No refunds.
Reminder: 50cc riders are permitted ONE support person per rider on the track during their moto. We will be watching and ensuring this AMA rule is being followed.
Reminder: NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO RUN OUT ONTO THE TRACK DURING RACING. If you do you are putting other riders, flaggers and yourself at great risk. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RUN OUT ONTO THE TRACK to attend to your rider. We have a several rovers as well as an EMT rover who will attend to your rider. Once we have an assessment and are able to get your rider off the track we will make sure you are able
to get to your rider ASAP. Please please please DO NOT put others at risk by running out onto the track. ❤️
ECMX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO LEAVE AT ANY TIME FOR DISRESPECTFUL OR DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR.

Practice begins at 8am.
Sunday: D/13 Race
6:00am: Signup Opens For Racer Checkin
7:30am: Riders’ Meeting
8:00am: Practice Begins ~ 2 laps per class.
RACING begins immediately after riders meeting.
