For this fortnight's hike, we are planning to do retry the Mount Tunbubudla Twins hike from the southern side, as we only completed the Western Mountain last time. We will complete the Eastern Mountain first and then if anyone has gas left in the tank, we can do the Western Mountain again. This full hike is rated as Hard and is about 5.8 kms in length to do both mountains. Others have completed this activity in around 2-3 hours.
The starting point is located on Old Gympie Road near the junction of Eaton Rd. Don’t trust where Apple Maps takes you to. Google Maps is only slightly better.
