Fusing embodiment practices, somatics, breathwork and yoga, this is a sumptuous, two hour class to fully relax your mind, body and nervous system.
It's pretty safe to say that we could all do with more relaxation. As summer rolls around and the days get longer and busier, it's essential to still find time for relaxation and restoration.
In this class, you'll experience deep relaxation for your whole system and learn some tools and techniques that you can easily bring into your day to access and return to peace.
This practice is suitable for all, and no previous experience or practice is necessary.
Sarah combines her 10+ years of yoga teaching experience with her somatic and embodiment coaching to create a unique, nourishing class, accompanied by a carefully curated playlist to deepen your experience and even includes a wee massage (optional) and a tea and treat to finish.
