Our very first Yin & Restorative evening filled so quickly (thank you 🤍), that we’ve decided to open another class!

This session is a soothing blend of Yin and Restorative yoga – designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring balance back into your body and mind.

📍 Location: Greenbrae Steading, Cummingston

Expect supported postures, long gentle holds, and a deeply restful atmosphere in a beautiful, tranquil space. Perfect for anyone craving stillness and mindful movement.

💫 No yoga experience is needed – just bring cozy layers and an openness to rest.
