Elgin Public Library is teaming up with Bastrop Animal Shelter for a purr-fect day of stories, snuggles, and second chances!

Come read to a cuddly critter and help them get used to human voices—and maybe meet your fur-ever friend in the process! Every animal is available for adoption, so bring your heart and maybe leave with a new best friend. 💕
