Our next meeting will be Tuesday August 19th, at Golden Corral 601 S Randall Rd, Elgin, IL 60123. Doors open at 6:00 PM, we are meeting in the private room. The first month back at the Elgin Golden Corral, they are offering us the normal buffet price ($17.89) with free soda, that is a $3 saving.
The formal meeting will be from 7-8 PM.
Last month’s speaker was Mark Rice, candidate for US Congress IL 8th District. Mark told us his history and explained his plan on how he intends to win the seat next year. I do believe all of us enjoyed his presentation.
Our Guest speaker for this month’s meeting will be Mark Vargas. Mark Vargas is a trusted adviser and close confidante to high profile political and business leaders
– and a respected strategist, media personality and opinion writer with more than 20 years’ experience in Washington, DC. A political-insider with close ties to senior West Wing staff during the first Trump Administration he was instrumental in key, high profile clemency cases.
Join us for an evening of great food, engaging discussion, and to support our gracious host, Golden Corral. The Golden Corral will be serving a buffet dinner for $17.89 per person, which includes your drink. Please ask for the ISRA meeting rate. Our local Golden Corral is particularly 2A friendly and we are lucky to have them!
