MLK DAY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

I’m so excited to announce that our MLK Day Wellness Experience will be held at the Village Event Center in Sandhills, Columbia, SC!

Date: January 19th | Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
This will be a full day of mind, body, and soul wellness featuring:

Yoga & core sessions

Strength training

Meditation & movement

Nutritional lunch + hydration stations

Opportunities to connect with amazing women
