The City of Elgin Main Street Program invites YOU to help shape the future of downtown! We're hosting a community input workshop for the Crosswalk of Unity — a new artistic and inclusive crosswalk at Veterans Memorial Park, made possible by a $60,000 grant from General Motors and Main Street America.

This project will celebrate Elgin, enhance pedestrian safety, and foster a sense of unity across our downtown district — and we need your voice to make it happen.

Join us to view the designs and share your thoughts for a crosswalk that connects us all.
