Hello Beautiful people,

So many of you have asked for a repeat of last years beach day so here it is 😃

Join us again for a relaxing beach yoga day!

📍 Meet up @ 15h00, Roseisle forest car park. Near food truck.

On the schedule:
•Music 🎵
•Breathwork 🫁
•Yoga Flow 🧘🏿‍♀️
•Meditation 🕉
•Swim 🏊‍♀️

What to bring:
-Water 💧
-Towel and/or Yoga mat
-Suncream 🌞
-Hat 👒
‐Swimming costume 🩱🩳
