Cognitive Movement is a holistic practice that combines physical movement, sensory stimulation, and cognitive awareness to create profound shifts in perception, behavior, and well-being. Rooted in the understanding that thoughts, emotions, and body responses are interconnected, this approach utilizes intentional movement patterns to rewire neural pathways, release stored emotional energy, and enhance cognitive function.
