Sangha Saturdays: Chenrezig Practice

Chenrezig is the buddha of compassion, bearing witness to the suffering of the world. By meditating on his mantra, we are able to increase our love and compassion for all the sentient beings that we come across in our daily life, as well as those far out of our reach. Being more compassionate and loving allows us to be more able to appreciate everyone’s buddha-nature that lives beneath the temporary conditions which prevent us from living up to our enlightened potential.
