October Full Moon Hike and Sound Bath
We are excited to invite you to a special evening of the Full Moon! Join us for a 1.5-hour or 3 mile guided hike followed by a relaxing sound bath experience and guided meditation.

Time:
Hike or Walk - 5:20 - 6:45PM
Sound bath - 7:PM
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, towel, blanket or chair, water (optional, for the sound bath) Something to write on.
Something to journal with and writing tool.
Flashlight or headlamp
Water (minimum 1 liter)
Sunscreen & a good hat (no shade on the trail)
Snacks (always a good idea!)
Any personal medications you may need
Fee: Sound bath FREE
Urban Hike FREE
Theme is Halloween.
