We are so fortunate to welcome Jesus, the Fig Man (known as @Chato9b on Instagram), to Salmon Falls Trading Post! Join us for a special Fig and Honey 🍯 Tasting Event on Saturday, October 4th, from 12–2 PM. Enjoy the flavors of freshly grown figs paired with our amazing homegrown honey 🍯. A little about Jesus: He’s a passionate fig grower from Sacramento who has been cultivating fig trees for the past four years. Beyond growing, he’s also an avid “fig hunter,” dedicating time to discovering and logging wild seedling fig locations along the Sacramento River Delta. With a background in the wine industry, Jesus combines his work and passion by spending hours after work exploring nature and building his dream—an orchard of wild fig varieties right in his Sacramento backyard.
