Madera Spring Concert 2025

The Madera Spring Concert is split into two halves (TK–2 and 3–6) because we have overwhelming attendance every year. Tickets are free, but mandatory. Tickets will be released in two waves:

Apr 28–May 12: Each family may reserve 2 tickets for parents and/or guardians. Parents/guardians are guaranteed tickets during this wave.

May 13–May 22: Each family may reserve up to 2 more tickets for additional family and friends. Any remaining tickets are first come, first served.

If you have children in one half of the concert, please attend the appropriate half to ensure that we have enough room for all parents/guardians to watch their children perform.

If you have children in both halves of the concert, please register for both halves. You are invited to stay for the entire concert.

Children who are performing do not need tickets for seats. All performers will be backstage.

At the theater, please be prepared to show one of the following: your mobile tickets in the Eventbrite app, printed tickets, or order confirmation emails.

If you are not able to attend, we will have a live stream on Zoom and we will publish videos later on YouTube.

Transitional Kindergarten – 2nd Grade Performers: Please arrive at 6 PM.

3rd Grade – 6th Grade Performers: Please arrive at 7 PM.

5:00 PM: Food Truck Arrives (Food and drinks are not allowed in the theater.)

6:30 PM: Transitional Kindergarten – 2nd Grade Performances

7:20 PM: Intermission

7:35 PM: 3rd Grade – 6th Grade Performances

8:25 PM: Concert Ends

• White collared shirt (or plain white shirt or T-shirt). If your white shirt has a design on it, just flip it inside-out.
• Black bottoms (dress pants, black jeans, skirts with black tights). No blue jeans. Dark colored pants are okay (e.g. navy).
• Black dress shoes. Black or dark colored shoes or trainers are okay. No flip-flops, sandals, or any other open-toed shoes.
• No hats or caps, please.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event? At the theater, please be prepared to show one of the following: your mobile tickets in the Eventbrite app, printed tickets, or order confirmation emails.

If I have children in both TK-2 and 3-6, when should they arrive? If you have children in both halves of the concert, please drop them off at their waiting rooms at 6 PM. We are prepared to watch all grades backstage for the entire concert.

If I have children in both TK-2 and 3-6, should I pick up my TK-2 children at intermission so they can watch the second half? We prefer that you leave your children backstage for the entire concert. The live stream will be shown in the waiting rooms. For a quicker transition during intermission, we have designated a one-way route for families who are leaving. Parents who pick up their children and attempt to reenter the theater will have to go against the flow of traffic. Let us watch your children backstage while you enjoy the rest of the concert.

How many tickets can separated/divorced families get? To make it simpler and consistent, all families are limited to the same number of tickets. During the first wave, each separated or divorced parent may reserve only 1 ticket. During the second wave, if you hurry, each separated or divorced parent may reserve 1 more ticket.
