HELP NEEDED - Information Tables
We will be having information tables at the corner of Graves and Pepper Drive this Saturday and Sunday - July 5 & 6th.
Shifts will be an hour long - starting at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00.
We will be having two tables - one on the north corner and one on the south corner.
Volunteers will be passing out flyers to cars slowing down at the Yield sign from northbound Graves turning right onto Pepper Drive, and at the Stop sign on Pepper turning right onto Graves. We will have two tables with FIX PEPPER DRIVE posted on them - you will stand by the tables and pass to cars, as and if they want them - stay on the curb unless you are handing out a flyer into a window.
At least one adult or an adult with a child per table - no table should be manned by a child only, of course.
We will have clipboards, if people want to sign up for the Association. That's not the main intention - the goal is to get the word out - they can sign up at a meeting or ask for more information online.
I'll have the two tables ready for pickup at my house at 1333 Wenatchee at 8:45 each morning - they need to be dropped back here after the last shift. Posters and flyers will be with them.
