Club Mixer, Membership Meeting & Elections

Join us for our annual Board Elections meeting - this time, planned as a social event to provide you with the opportunity to get to know some of the German American Societies of San Diego subgroups, along with the candidates who are running for open Board positions.

The evening will start with a casual Mixer from 5 to 6 p.m. where light food, sandwiches, assorted desserts and drinks will be available for purchase. Our featured food vendor (and purveyor of delicious cheese) is The Raclette Stand!

At 6 p.m., formalities will commence - beginning with Candidate Statements, followed by Membership Reports.

After that, it's time to place your ballots! They will be accepted until 7:30 p.m. Results will be shared at the end of the meeting.

There is no cost to attend our annual Club Mixer, Membership Meeting and Board Election, and all ages are welcome, however, it is organized for current members.

MEMBER TIPS:
*Only members can vote, so if you haven't renewed your membership, please take a moment to do so at germanclubsandiego.org.
*Look for details about open Board positions, how to run and how to vote in future Club emails - or check back; this event will be updated nearer the event.
