Vrijdagavond Workshops door Lucas&Déborah
Voor dit eerste halfjaar van 2025 hebben Lucas&Déborah weer een mooie serie workshops op vrijdagavond voor ons in petto:
21 februari Muzikaliteit – Houd je hoofd koel terwijl je tango muziek interpreteert
7 maart Muzikaliteit – Live muziek les
18 april Wals – Dansend op de wolken
16 mei Zelfstandigheid en Verbinding – een gezonde tango relatie
20 juni Milonga – Traspie en versnelling
De workshops beginnen om 19:00 uur en duren tot 20:15 uur.
Deze workshops zijn te volgen als paar en kost 15 euro per persoon. Vrije inloop, geen registratie nodig. Voor deze workshops is wel enige danservaring nodig.
Blijf na de workshop om te dansen tijdens ons Tango Café. De toegangsprijs van 6 euro is niet in de workshopprijs begrepen.
Lucas (Buenos Aires) en Déborah (België) hebben intensief gewerkt aan een pedagogische visie op tango vanuit een artistiek en sociaal perspectief. Ze combineren hun kennis van het lichaam en de muziek met geheel eigen denkwijze en houding, om een aantrekkelijke en comfortabele dans te creëren die de essentie van de tangomuziek en de tangosalon weerspiegelt. Hun elegantie en vitaliteit lijken natuurlijk dankzij nauwkeurig en kwalitatief technisch werk, noodzakelijk om het plezier en de diepte in de dans te vinden.
Lucas is danser, muzikant en leraar. Hij verhuisde van Buenos Aires naar Amsterdam waar hij afstudeerde als Master in Compositie aan het Conservatorium. In Amsterdam is hij ook wekelijks gastheer van de Milonga La Yumba. Hij omarmt een "cultuur van sociale tango" en slaat in zijn lessen een brug tussen wat we met woorden kunnen uitdrukken en wat alleen in het lichaam kan worden gevoeld.
Déborah danst al meer dan 20 jaar tango en geeft al 10 jaar les. Haar kennis van de innerlijke kracht in ieder van ons en de verbinding tussen lichaam en geest maken haar een inspiratie voor dansers van alle niveaus. Ze belichaamt het perfecte voorbeeld van een intense en toch delicate dans, en begeleidt je subtiel door je tango ervaring, met een compromisloos gevoel voor muzikaliteit.
Friday evening Workshops by Lucas&Déborah
For this first half of 2025, Lucas&Déborah have another great series of Friday evening workshops in store for us:
21 Februar Musicality – Keep your cool while interpreting tango music
7 March Musicality - Live music lesson
18 April Vals – walking on clouds
16 May Autonomy and Connection – healthy tango relation
20 June Milonga – Traspie and Acceleration
The workshops start at 19:00 and last until 20:15.
These workshops can be attended as a pair and cost 15 euros per person. Free walk-in, no registration required. These workshops do require some dance experience.
Stay after the workshop to dance during our Tango Café. The entrance fee of 6 euros is not included in the workshop price.
Lucas (Buenos Aires) and Déborah (Belgium) have worked intensively to develop a pedagogical vision of tango from an artistic and social perspective. They combine their knowledge of the body and music with a strong mindset and attitude, to create a tasty and comfortable dance that reflects the essence of the tango music and the tango salon. Their elegance and vitality appear to be natural thanks to a precise and qualitative technical work, necessary to find pleasure and depth in the dance.
Lucas is a dancer, musician and teacher. From Buenos Aires, he moved to Amsterdam where he graduated as a Master in Composition at the Conservatory and hosts the milonga La Yumba every week. He embraces a “culture of social tango”, and in his lesson creates a bridge between what we can express with words and what can only be felt in the flesh.
Déborah has been dancing tango for over 20 years and teaching for 10. Her knowledge of the inner power within each of us and the connection between body and mind make her an inspiration to dancers of all levels. She embodies the perfect example of an intense yet delicate dance, subtly accompanying you through your tango experience, with an uncompromised sense of musicality.
