Stretch and flexibility classes

If you wany to stretch more but feel like Yoga or Pilates isn't quite your thing then this is DEFINITELY the class for you! Simple, athletic based stretches will elongate tight muscles and tight muscles increase the risk for injury. Using several methods of stretch you'll listen to upbeat, popular music and give your body the benefit of stretch. Finally achieve ur splits or touch your toes!
Good for pole dancers, turners, body builders who want to elongate their muscles, anyone no matter of age or weight, fitness level or gender.
