Each week we will invite a different artist/couple in Eindhoven to teach 2 hours of classes. This is the perfect chance to get the best of everyone.
𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐬:
We will cover 3 dance styles. In everything we do, we try to stay as close as possible to the Carribean roots of the dances as possible. -𝐵𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑡𝑎: Our specialty is Bachata. We focus on the roots and style as it is danced in the Dominican Republic. But why just learn from us, if we have more international talent in the country. We love to invite these experts and Bachata freaks to Eindhoven as well
-𝐾𝑜𝑛𝑝𝑎: On the same island as Dominican Republic, Hispaniola, is Haiti located. A current day Bachata festival does not go by without also hearing some Konpa from the neighbours. And of course, we want to know all about this. So come and learn more from our national Konpa experts from Konpassion in Rotterdam about this smooth dance.
-𝑆𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑎 𝐶𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑎: a style of salsa dancing from Cali, Colombia. You cannot miss the vibes of this energetic and musical dance. It is full of energy and characterized by it's foot- and hipwork and high musicality.
*We will dance alone as well as in partner, but you do not need to sign up with a partner
