Frontline self-defense course (6 week)

You are on the frontlines when it comes to your personal protection. And since you’re on the frontlines you need to have skills to prevent or stop violent situations should they arise. Times are getting tough. You need to be prepared to protect yourself and your loved ones.

What will you learn?

In depth self defense for 6 weeks including:

Self defense mindset

Awareness

Appropriate use of force

Physical concepts & principles to prevent or stop physical aggression.

All while practicing them in a safe learning environment.

Classes will be held in Effingham @ 1305 W Wabash Ave

Class fee: $60 for 6 lessons. (Approximately 1.5 hours per lesson)

Space is limited to 15 students age 14 & up.
(With the possibility of this class happening on a quarterly basis)
