Autumn Equinox Event

Join us for an evening of renewal, relaxation and rejuvenation to celebrate the Autumn Equinox. In this 90 minute special class, you will enjoy restorative yoga with Vicki Funneman followed by transformational breathwork and sound healing from Kaycie Metzelaars and Erin Goldstein. The event will take place outside at the Lake Sara Beach pavilion so that we can enjoy nature throughout the event. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and any other props that will help you be comfortable throughout this practice. Should the weather not cooperate, the event will take place at the Flying Buddha Fitness studio in Effingham.
*Prepayment of $30 is required for this event.
