Anxiety/Mood Support Group

This group offers a welcoming environment to discuss anxiety and mood and learn coping tools through shared experience and support.

This group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals experiencing anxiety. It offers an opportunity to share how anxiety affects your life and to learn ways to manage it through the exchange of coping strategies with other group members. Many people find it comforting and helpful to connect with others who have similar lived experiences, as it can reduce feelings of isolation.

**This is strictly a peer support group.

No medical advice will be given during the group.

All individuals are encouraged to talk to their healthcare provider prior to making any changes to their healthcare plans.
