Yoga in the Forest - Tuesday Evening Sessions

🧘‍♀️ Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature with our Forest Flow yoga experience. Breathe deeply as the crisp, earthy air fills your lungs, grounding you for an hour of mindful movement.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to center your spirit, followed by a yoga (asana) flow that harmonizes with the forest’s natural rhythm.

As the session draws to a close, surrender to a guided meditation, allowing the serene woodland sounds to wash over you and cultivate inner peace.

Join us for this truly unique experience with a suggested energy exchange of $5.55 and reconnect with your inner self and nature!
