Winter Kaia Cafe

Welcome to our Winter Cosplay Cafe hosted by BAKA(Banzai Anime Klub of Alberta), the local anime club at the University of Alberta! We have many cosplayers who are helping out to make the cafe possible, and hope to provide a relaxing environment for all fans of Japanese culture. There will be 2 different sessions on both days of the event, all taking up to 120 minutes, so feel free to sign up for any! Reserving your spot on this website will require you to then e-transfer the ticket price of $20 (for early bird tickets) to YW5pbWVidSB8IHVhbGJlcnRhICEgY2E=. If you wish to pay any other way please reach out to us through our socials or pay cash in person during our Friday club meetings. Lastly, walk-in options on the day of are also accepted by availability but will not be guranteed.

NOTE: Early bird pricing will end on February 28th, and starting March 1st ticket prices will increase to $25 up until the event dates. You will have up to a week after placing your order here on Eventbrite to provide the payment in order to secure your spot. If you place an order here during the early bird period please provide the payment by February 28th in order to gurantee early bird pricing.

Admission includes food and drink, along with event exclusive merchandise. Feel free to show up in cosplay to match the vibe, but cosplaying is not required.

Time: Session 1 - 11:00-1:00, Session 2 - 3:00-5:00, same for both days
