Weaving Intentions: A Mini Basket Weaving Workshop with Intention Setting Practice 🌾 Hosted by Kelsey Katrinaa 🌻
Join us for a slow and heartfelt gathering where we’ll weave not just baskets, but intentions.
In this hands-on mini workshop, you’ll learn to weave a small basket using natural and foraged materials native to the area such as dandelions, grasses, bark and fibrous plants .
As your basket begins to take shape, you’ll also be guided through an intention-setting practice—writing a personal affirmation, prayer, or heartfelt message to place inside your finished basket.
We’ll decorate our creations using symbolic colours, flowers, and threads—each one representing something meaningful to you, plus an opportunity to learn deep new meanings behind the symbolism of the colours and flowers we use.
This workshop is about more than crafting—it's about presence, connection, and creating something sacred with your own two hands.
✨ No experience needed. All materials are provided.
✨ Please bring: scissors, an old towel, spray bottle (if you have) and any small coloured threads (yarn, wool, twine) or small flowers you’d like to incorporate.
