Join us in person as you learn the fundamentals of Reiki allowing you to offer healing sessions to yourself and others.
Join us for our Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 course hosted by Chelsey Oryniak. You will embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and energy exploration. This immersive in-person course is from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, September 20th & 21ST. It will provide you with the fundamental knowledge and techniques of Reiki, empowering you to harness the universal life force energy for personal healing and growth.
During this course, you will be introduced to the ancient Japanese healing practice of Reiki, a gentle and non-invasive technique that promotes balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Our experienced Reiki Master will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum designed to lay a strong foundation for your Reiki journey.
Key Teachings:
Understanding Reiki: Discover the origins, principles, and philosophy of Reiki, and gain insights into the energy anatomy of the body.
Self-Healing Techniques: Learn powerful methods to channel Reiki energy for self-healing, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Energy Drawing: Explore the art of drawing Reiki symbols and their significance in enhancing energy flow, intention setting, and bringing balance to the body.
Hands-on Practice: Engage in hands-on exercises and activities to develop your ability to sense energy and connect with your intuition. We will also be practicing treatments on ourselves as well as others throughout the weekend.
Attunement: Receive a Level 1 & 2 Reiki attunement, which opens up your energetic pathways and connects you to the universal life force energy, enabling you to become a channel for healing energy.
Ethical Considerations: Understand the ethical principles of practicing Reiki, including consent, boundaries, and maintaining a safe and nurturing healing space.
