The Chain - Mixer & ELEN Fundraiser Carnival

Enter the midway of a lesbian* cliche come to life! This month's mixer at Felice is all about playing games and socializing while earning tickets to spend at the Lezzie Accessory Prize Booth where you can create your own customized keychain carabiner or lanyard to subtly signify being hella gay! Another table will offer creation of the tags the old-fashioned way: a little bit of arts 'n crafts. This event will also double as an ELEN fundraiser to help us cover our current budget and you'll go home with something utterly dyekadelic and one-of-a-kind. Carabiners even stand for a lesbian 'hanky code' in some circles!
This event is also a meet-up for Edmonton's Sapphic* community and we will be offering interactive activities to chat and engage with new folks. Name and pronoun labels are opt-in. Tickets are required available at various donation levels. Free accessible and low income tix are available in a limited quantity.
Felice Cafe is in the heart of Stadium Yards with parking and easy transit options. They have crafted artisanal drinks both alcoholic and non. Their locally sourced snacks and food options are delicious and cater to many dietary needs. They are also extremely supportive and welcoming to the ELEN and queer communities. Did you know Felice was recently named 'Official ELEN Headquarters'?!
Try your hand at a few simple carnival games to earn tickets for the prize gallery or use the social track to trade your meetngreet tickets earning yourself a keychain with that stellar conversation. Or donate to ELEN directly to easily purchase tickets outright. Plus-BONUS pop-up games to rack up more tix!
