The 33nd Annual Tibetan Bazaar

The Tibetan Bazaar is a unique celebration of Tibetan culture, the only annual celebration of its kind in Alberta. For the past 33 years our society has hosted this festival which has grown in popularity each year.

Here are a few of the exciting experiences happening this year:

• Tibetan Medicine Public Talk: The Science of Healing
• Tibetan Fashion Show
• Medical Appointments (30 minutes) with Tibetan Doctor Menpa Jangpa Ngatse
• Tibetan Herbal Medicine available for purchase (cash or e-transfer)
• Introduction to meditation talks
• Butter Sculpture and Sand mandala demonstration by visiting monks
• Fabulous selection of unique imports from Himalayan region for purchase
• Delicious traditional Tibetan cuisine
• Beautiful cultural performances
