It’s that time of year again! It’s picnic time!
For those who don’t know, we host a yearly picnic where we can be spooky in the daytime with each other.
This is, naturally, a weather-dependent event, so if it’s pouring rain, we will most likely reschedule for some time in September.
The picnic is family-friendly, so feel free to bring your little ones, but still be aware that it may not be the most PG-13 event.

For those of you who attended last year, this will be held at the same location as last year!
This will be run as a potluck as in previous years, but if you aren't able to contribute to the potluck, that is completely understandable! Feel free to bring something to share or something just for yourself!
Every year we always have too much food at the end of the day, so PLEASE don’t feel obligated to bring something to share if you are not able to.
According to the city website, Louise Mckinney Park is not designated for alcohol consumption. What this means is it’s ILLEGAL to drink alcohol at this picnic site. Please do not bring obvious alcoholic beverages (for example, canned alcoholic beverages) to this event. Rendezvous Pub will have plenty of those ready for you at our club night on August 30th!
This is a public event, but remember that we respect the land and the park so please clean up after yourself and any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We aim to leave the picnic site in the same condition as when we arrived, maybe even a little cleaner. We look forward to seeing all your spooky faces in the daylight
