SAFE Team at Strathearn Community League’s first ever Catio-Rink/BBQ Party!

Join us at Strathearn Community League’s first ever Catio-Rink/BBQ Party on Saturday, August 16 from 11 - 4 PM!

Drop by to learn more about our adoptable kitties in care and the work we do.

We will also have our awesome merch for sale!

We look forward to seeing lots of our SAFE Team Supporters there!

Here is some more info about the event:

This is a community event where we encourage people to bring their cat by carrier, back-pack or leash. It will take place primarily within the confines of the rink where we'll have some tents for shading. Cats on leashes may want to visit the adjoining community garden where one can find catnip and catmint.

Some of the activities we have planned:

- PRIZE draws (for best costumes, and a Grand Prize draw open to all)
- fashion show / best-costumes
- art + crafts: make a painting or drawing of your cat, DIY cat -toys
- Free BBQ
- Lemonade Stand, with proceeds to cat-rescue
- Photo Booth
- Cat themed music

All are welcome to attend this free event!
