PREPARE FOR THE NORTH COUNTRY FAIR

The Commercial proudly presents Prepare for the Fair, a showcase of bands performing at this year's 47th annual North Country Fair.

Your ticket entitles you to an entry into a draw to win tickets to the North Country Fair being held on June 20, 2023 to June 22, 2025. Wear your volunteer T-shirt and receive tickets for half price at the door.

Our exceptional lineup will not disappoint:

STONE JOY is a high-energy seven-piece instrumental funk-fusion band based in Edmonton, Alberta. Known for their dynamic live performances, they blend elements of funk, jazz, and fusion to create a gritty, groove-heavy sound that hits hard and keeps crowds moving.

ALADEAN KHEROUFI is a soul artist and producer known for blending vintage grooves with modern melancholy, crafting heartfelt songs that transform heartbreak into danceable, feel-good tunes. Born in Algeria and raised in Alberta, he also curates eclectic vinyl DJ sets that showcase global soul, funk, and reggae sounds.

THE MCGOWAN FAMILY BAND has been amplifying their unique brand of near-genre-less, guitar driven soundscapes since 1999. While channeling the Grateful Dead, they will take you on an improvised galactic odyssey!
