Learn how to make crunchy, flavourful pickled vegetables you can enjoy anytime with your fall bounty. This practical, beginner-friendly class will show you step by step how to safely pickled fresh produce using simple ingredients and equipment.

In this class you will:
– Prepare and slice a variety of vegetables for pickling.
– Make a basic brine and learn how to adjust for different flavour profiles.
– Add herbs and spices to customize your jars.
– Learn safe storage tips and how to use your pickled products in everyday meals.
