Mental health matters — and so does community. The Allendale Community League is proud to offer a free, monthly mental health support group, starting May 25 and continuing on the last Sunday of each month.
This group is open to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming space to share, listen, and connect. Whether you're dealing with stress, grief, anxiety, or just need a place to talk, you're invited to join us.
What to Expect
A confidential, non-judgmental environment
Casual, peer-led conversation — no formal facilitation or diagnosis
An opportunity to speak openly or simply listen
A sense of connection and community support
There’s no pressure to participate in any specific way — come as you are.
Cost
Participation is free. If you feel moved to support future programs like this, donations are welcome and appreciated. All proceeds go toward the Allendale Community League’s ongoing community programming and operations.
