You’ll learn time-saving tips and techniques for prepping meals efficiently and deliciously, while exploring a variety of flavours and ingredients. Enjoy some tasty snacks as you cook, and head home with a selection of prepped components and dishes to kickstart your week with ease. Please remember to bring your own containers to take your food home.
