This 6-week program is designed for adults 50+ who want to improve strength, mobility, and coordination in a welcoming and supportive environment. Using a combination of gym-based strength training, functional movement, and chair-assisted exercises, this class will help you feel more confident using fitness equipment while building a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
Beyond fitness, Fit and Flourish is also about community. We understand that isolation is a challenge as we age, which is why we invite you to stay after class and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in our community hub, where you can connect with others in a relaxed setting.
