The arena in downtown Edmonton is highly regarded for its modern design, large capacity, and excellent views of the ice from virtually any seating location. The seating arrangement, although steep, is appreciated for providing unobstructed views. The venue's amenities, such as the Sportsnet club and the Ford Hall entrance, are also positively acknowledged.
