A New CIRCL Mobility Class is Starting January 13th!

What is CIRCL Mobility?

CIRCL Mobility is an exciting alternative to traditional yoga-style stretching that helps unlock your body's potential through flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.

Rooted in the cutting-edge science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility helps you:

Class Details

Monday Sessions:
⏰ 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM
📅 March 17 – May 12 (No class April 21st)

Cost:
💲 8 classes for $70, or pay drop-in rate of $10 per class

Registration:

A minimum of 6 registrants is needed for the class to proceed.

Payment Options:

Cash or cheque (accepted on the first class)

Additional Information:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable. Teens are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
