Celestial Strides - Walking Group

Hello beautiful souls! �

I’m so excited to share something truly heart-led and soul-nourishing that’s launching this Monday. � Celestial Strides — a free weekly walking group created to support women through movement, connection, and wellness.

This is a collaborative offering from two Celestes — myself, from Celestial Mind & Body Wellness Studio, and my beautiful friend Celeste, from Patch to Wellness , a passionate advocate for natural wellness.

Together, we’re holding space for women to walk, align, and rise — both physically and energetically.

Each week we’ll explore a new route for a moderate one-hour walk. It’s a sacred pause to ground, breathe, and connect with other like-hearted women — all while learning gentle ways to support your well-being.

Our 1st walk date is planned for 6:30pm on July 21st at Whitemud Park stairs.
