Breathwork Date Night: Creating Deeper Connection

Healing is a powerful act of love—and when shared in an intimate partnership, it can deepen trust, connection, and emotional intimacy.

Join James and Trista Davis for a heart-opening evening designed to bring you closer through the power of breath. This experience weaves together partner connection practices, synchronized breathing, and a guided breathwork journey to help you soften defenses, expand your heart, and truly see one another.

What to expect:
• A brief discussion on breath and connection
• A 60-minute breathwork journey (done lying down)
• Integration and connection exercises to help you land and reflect together

No experience needed—this session is open to both beginners and seasoned breathers. You’ll be fully guided and supported throughout. Mats and props are provided for your comfort.

Price is per couple—no need to register twice.
