The holiday season can be difficult when our hearts are hurting. You don't have to do this alone.

Join us for a reflective afternoon with music, poetry, and sharing.

We will discuss positive coping strategies to help while you are navigating grief and loss during the holiday season.

Although this is a supportive setting, please note this is not a formal support group.
