Join us for auditions for Four Old Broads on the High Seas, to be held on Monday, May 5th and Tuesday, May 6th. Auditions will begin at 6pm CST.
Location: Barn Lot Theater, 207 S. Main St. Edmonton, KY 42129.
Audition Format: Participants will perform a cold reading from the script.

Rehearsals and Performances: Anticipate at least two rehearsals per week, increasing frequency as the production date approaches. Depending on the role cast, actors may not be required to attend all rehearsals. Please bring any known schedule conflicts to auditions.
Participation Requirements: Any volunteer over the age of 18 requires background check.
Characters:
5 men, 1 woman
Herbert - an aging womanizer, he still lives in his "glory days" (which probably weren't all that glorious the first time around). Be prepared to flirt - badly.
Captain Sterling - a dashing man in uniform. Be calm and professional but a little mysterious. Captain Stubing on The Love Boat or Captain Massey on Doctor Odyssey would be close friends with this guy!
Steven Dupree (aka Miss Tequila Mockingbird) - ship's porter and member of the Entertainment staff as a female impersonator. For him, there is no such thing as too flamboyant, but he is also vulnerable.
Jim Rockstone - ship's detective a la Columbo; he has secrets of his own.
Horace and Edna Bumpus - He is an elderly, shuffling man; typical tourist. She is an elderly typical tourist who is hard of hearing, so she shouts a lot (mostly at her husband). Think of them as an older Archie & Edith Bunker or Fred & Wilma Flintstone. They love each other, but they've been together a loooooooong time!
