- A continued exploration of Pranayama techniques & how to teach, including Anuloma Viloma with retention
- The art of hands on and verbal assisting
- Asana for Life: Prevent over use injuries that poor alignment and excess flexibility in postures can aggravate
This training counts as 25 hours towards Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Upgrades. It is also a core module for the Prana 300 Yoga Teacher Training.
