Embark on a culinary journey through Provence and the South of France with our Cordon Bleu-trained chef-owner Kathryn Joel. In our studio kitchen and summer patio, learn to master the grill as you create Provençal classics like Green Olive Tapenade on Crostini, Salade Niçoise with Ahi Tuna, Butterflied Grilled Leg of Lamb with Herbes de Provence, and Ratatouille combining fresh veggies and herbs sourced straight from the farmers' market. Finish on a sweet note with our Seasonal Fruit Tarte Tatin.
