Summer August Ice Cream Social

In place of our usual August membership meeting, we're mixing things up this year with a sweet twist—an Ice Cream Social! 🎉 Join us for a fun and relaxed evening where we can beat the summer heat, catch up with fellow members, and enjoy a scoop (or two) of your favorite frozen treats.

It is important that voting members attend, as we do have an important vote regarding our much needed roof repairs.

Instead of our traditional BBQ, we’re keeping things easy and casual this year with an ice cream-themed gathering. With a smaller volunteer crew available this summer, we’ve decided to simplify—but not skimp on the fun! Expect cool treats, friendly faces, and great conversations. 🍨✨

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other members, share stories, meet new faces, and celebrate our love of rocks, gems, and community. Whether you’re new to the club or a long-time member, we’d love to see you there!
