Join us for a special community offering that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention. This free Tai Chi class, led by the graceful and grounded Kristin Williams, is open to adults of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're a seasoned mover or simply curious about this ancient practice, you'll be welcomed with open arms into a space of calm, connection, and gentle energy.
Tai Chi is often called “meditation in motion”—a series of slow, flowing movements that cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner peace. Practiced for centuries, it’s known to support:
• Improved posture and coordination
• Enhanced mental clarity and focus
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Gentle joint mobility and muscle tone
• Better sleep and overall vitality
For older adults, Tai Chi can help with fall prevention and joint health. For younger adults, it offers a powerful antidote to the fast pace of modern life. And for everyone in between, it’s a beautiful way to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your community.
Kristin Williams brings years of experience and a nurturing presence to her teaching. Her approach is accessible, empowering, and deeply rooted in the belief that movement is medicine.
