Step Into Fall 822 Step Challenge!! 👣

Join us for the entire month of October for a step challenge!! 🚶‍♀️🥳🚶The goal is 10,000 steps a day! We’ll log our steps daily and have some prizes for the overall winner and for the ones that hit 10k a day for the whole month!!

This is the perfect opportunity to get yourself outside and moving as we head into the fall and winter seasons!! 🍂 Start creating the habit of moving your body! Grab the dog for a walk, drag your friends and family with you, and set yourself up for success!!
