At the height of summer, when the sun is brightest and energy is most active, Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches us that true balance comes not by doing more, but by turning inward. This is the season of Fire, governed by yang energy, joy, and outward expansion. But within every extreme lies its opposite. In the heart of heat, we are called to soften, cool, and recalibrate.

Join us for a 2-hour midsummer reset designed to realign your body, heart, and spirit.

Through intentional movement, sound healing, Reiki, and meditation, we’ll guide you into a state of deep nourishment, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, clearing emotional heat, and restoring harmony to the heart center (the organ and energy system associated with summer in TCM).

This ritual is your invitation to retreat inward, soothe your system, and reconnect to the quiet joy that lives beneath the surface.
